Q. Who is Rowan Cleaning Company?
A. Rowan Cleaning Company began providing domestic and commercial cleaning services in Ryedale in 2011. We set up to offer quality domestic and commercial cleaning.
Q. Who owns Rowan Cleaning Company?
A. Libby Broadly the business owner previously worked in the property industry in both London and Leeds. Libby decided to leave the hustle and bustle of city life for the challenge and rewards of setting up her own business in North Yorkshire.
Q. How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
A. Usually we can find a cleaner for you within just a few days. However, give us a call on 07930 416859 / 01751 431120 and we’ll be able to answer this question more effectively after discussing your cleaning requirements.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
A. Simply let Libby know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have 15 staff who are approved, vetted and experienced cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.
Q. How do you vet your cleaners?
A. Very carefully! All our staff are interviewed, supply two references and we conduct all relevant ID checks We aslo request DBS checks where necessary.
Q. Are your cleaners reference checked?
A. Yes they are. We take up two references before we accept a cleaner onto our team.
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A. The minimum number of hours per week is 2.
Q. Do you have insurance cover?
A. Rowan Cleaning has Public & Products Liability Insurance up to £2,000,000 and Employer’s Liability Insurance up to £10,000,000
Q. Is there a contract to sign?
A. No – unless you specifically request one
Q. Will I get the same cleaner every week?
A. Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to do your weekly cleaning. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a weekly routine with you.
Q. What tasks will the cleaner normally carry out?
A. Your cleaner will do all the usual vacuuming, dusting and polishing and will clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They will also clean internal windows if required and most other general household cleaning within your home at your request. We also change beds, iron and do one off cleaning jobs such as cleaning inside your cupboards. By having your own dedicated cleaner you will be able to specify which jobs are priortiy on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a less regular basis. This way you will receive a service that is tailored to your specific needs.
